Either have your radiators ready for a pick-up courier service or you can deliver it directly to our workshop.

SHOT BLASTING

This'll remove all of your current finish and any unwanted rust or imperfections, getting them right back to their raw iron form.

REGASKETTING

If your radiators are a modern or remake then we'll check and regasket where needed, making sure they'll last.

TESTING

Probably the most important stage of the refurbishment process. Here we'll check for any leaks and pin hole with air and water testing at 6 bar pressure.

FINISHING

Finishing - Painting, polishing and powder coating. If you want it we can probably create it. We have 6 state of the art spray booths for both paint and powder coating, 1 polishing factory meticulously buffing that iron up to a state of reflection you want. All our finishes are cured to ensure full sustainability and to make sure your finish looks as beautiful as it does when leaving us as it will in time.

DELIVERY

Depending on where you are we'll deliver either or you can collect it positioning your refurbished radiators within your property.
